  • Your postal address (if you have asked us to send you an item)

Your data may be used to contact you in relation to any enquiries, purchases or returns.

If you have consented to allow us to email or text you for marketing purposes, we may contact you with special offers (such as sales and promotions), events, and arrivals of new stock or collections, which we think you will find of interest.

We do not share your data with any third party without your explicit consent (for example, should a supplier need to post to you a requested item).


Data Storage

If you subscribe to our newsletter via the website, your contact information is stored within our cloud based customer database. Access to this is controlled by secure data storage technologies and strictly limited to have2haveit employees and contracted staff.

If you complete a contact postcard in store, we transcribe your information into our cloud based database. We also retain the postcard in our manual filing system, stored at 14e West Street, Haslemere, Surrey.

We will continue to hold this information and process it until you withdraw your consent or it is no longer appropriate. If you believe the information we held is incorrect, please contact us and ask for it to be amended or deleted.


Card Transactions

Your full credit card details are not retained from any in-store, website or telephone transaction.

We are registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Register.

We are committed to keeping your personal data secure and have implemented security procedures to prevent unauthorised access. We will not sell your data to any other company or third party. However we may provide it to a third party for a specific purpose (such as despatching an item to you) and with your specific consent.
